Shipping Information

Standard Order

Estimated Arrival: 3–4 Weeks

  • Included with all orders at no extra cost
  • Crafted by our trusted suppliers in China
  • Orders are produced in batches and shipped together to optimize costs

Express Order

Estimated Arrival: 1–2 Weeks

  • Available with an additional shipping fee (from ₵350)
  • Your order is prioritized and shipped directly after production

Important Notice

Express Order shortens the overall wait by skipping the batching process. Please note that production times still apply: Engraving requires about 1 day, while Signature Cut designs may take up to 14 days before shipping begins.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Only non-personalized items are eligible for return
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Refunds are processed upon inspection and approval

Customized Jewellery

Custom pieces are final sale and non-returnable unless there was a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong spelling). In such cases, Visoire will remake the item at no extra cost.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes. Express Order is available at an additional cost and typically arrives within 2 week. Your order is prioritized and shipped immediately upon completion.

How is express shipping handled?

Express orders are delivered via FedEx and incur a separate shipping fee. Once completed, they are shipped directly without delay, ensuring faster arrival.

Do you offer pickup?

While pickup is available, most customers prefer delivery. We coordinate delivery through trusted local services like Bolt, Yango, or Metro Mass based on your location and preference.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order here. Simply enter your order number—if you’re logged in, the details will auto-fill for a seamless experience.

What are the stages of order fulfillment?

Orders progress through five stages: Order Confirmed > In Creation > Quality Check > Out for Delivery > Delivered. You’ll see live updates on your tracking page.

Can I return my order?

Returns are only accepted for non-customized jewelry. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Do you accept returns for customized jewelry?

Customized pieces are final sale. However, if there’s an error on our part—like a spelling mistake—we will remake and replace the piece at no extra cost.

What if I receive a defective item?

All Visoire items undergo precision inspection before delivery, but if you believe your item is defective, please contact us so we can evaluate and assist accordingly.

Do I need to include a form for returns?

No return form is included in the package. Simply contact customer service to initiate your return and we’ll guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure items are in original condition before sending them back.

Will I receive a refund or store credit?

If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund. Visoire does not issue store credit for returned items.
